Evil sharks used to be in the Forest, too.

Back in another topic way back, I posted that I thought the tollaws were perhaps based off of Grass Assassins in relation to its grass assassin cousins which used to roam the forests. I now change that theory to them being based off of sharks, or perhaps even a combo.

Seriously, it almost looks like someone just took the evil shark and the assassin and photoshopped them together to make the tollaw.

That was a beta disk, lauched just to test online, chars didn't run, there wasn't a combo attack.
They just made a game where you could reach the dragon and then the game ends, if you go to sega katana website, maybe someone may sell you that disk, but considering rarity then it will be a hard job obtaining them.

As for similarities, it's possible, i don't know what sonic team was thinking :P
