Just curious but I know this is supposed to drop from Howzer but do any JP players know when and from what mission this is supposed to drop from? Will it be an add on to current missions like the Soul materials were? Thanks~

As for the when, at the latest, it should be added to Howzer's drop chart with the second update to Clothes 'n' Parts. However, as we've seen with certain other biomaterials over the past month or so, some things have been released out of order from how they were released in Japan.

As for the where, at first the Illuminus Tag will drop only from Howzer, meaning Ambition's End 2 will be your only option. However, it's been discovered that the item will have a chance of dropping from boxes in the seabed plant area of the party mission Mechanical Soldiers (http://psupedia.info/Mechanical_Soldiers).
