edit: just made some chili, 1 can, 1 onion, 15 slices of jalapenos and a quarter of the jar's juice, half a cup of cheese, 8 saltines, and hot sauce, dash of crushed red pepper and a Texas garlic seasoning. Serve straight off stove, leaving to cool will lead to massive thickening.
