Is there a way to know your character's height by Foot and Inch and weight by... weight?

61 kv

what does that stand for?

They just made up fake names for centimeters and kilograms.

Use this to convert them:
Height: 1 Centimeter = 0.3937 Inches
Weight: 1 Kilogram = 2.20462 Pounds

I just rounded up. Inches was a low decimal, so I didn't bother.
