can you get them in offline mode? i've been hunting for a while and i havent run into one jigo booma, well it least the aoti offline item guide says they drop the wings, but i dont wanna keep hunting if there never gonna show up, thank you for any help :D

They do drop. It is true, but it's just as hard to get on of those online to drop a Milla. Just veerrry rare. =3

No, they drop in Hill of Spores S from Jigo Boomas. I think you can use the same rare spawn chart on PSUPedia for Offline, since it's the same mission layout.
