The Rappy Latans were out during the Halloween lobby. They just didn't have their newest drop: Pumpkin Trick.

wait for the Lobby...seasonal spawns appears when lobbies changes.
i.e Halloween, christmas, valentines...etc. (not all though)

Lol, Yeah I herd they were going to release them once they fixed the bug. But I guess with our luck there just going to skip us...

not being able =/= not wanting or caring enough to do so... :(

they do fix jp servers bugs... our bugs however, are forgotten.... well, not only the bugs are forgotten, everything else is too (new content and stuff).

think of the allegedly ´carnival bug´.. can u imagine jp servers on hold for a couple months just waiting for the carnival to be fixed? that would never ever ever happen...

Actually, there was a problem with their carnival and it WAS delayed as well.

Although not as long as ours have been.
