It's time to confirm some theories.
Note: I tested these on PS2, but that shouldn't affect anything.
1. Rare Missions stay if you switch servers, including going to your room.
CONFIRMED
2. Rare Missions stay even if you log out. Tested by switching characters.

3. A Rare Mission on one planet will work on all planets that have a Rare Mission.

Those are the rumors that everyone has trouble confirming. It can be difficult testing the Rare flag involving parties since the leader himself may have gained it, but so far it looks like the flag goes to the party leader and stays with them. Again, it's hard to confirm since the leader may have just received it anyway naturally instead of it transferring from one of the teammates.
