Misc. questions

I haven't posted on this forum for a long time, but I have still checked it frequently. Unfortunately no one (that I have seen) has asked some of the questions that I have so I decided to log on and do it myself.

1. Are there any grinders in the game and if so how do they work?
2. level cap?
3. What about enemy parts weapons?
4. I'm assuming there are different difficulty settings, but have they been confirmed

Actually we do know there are grinders, I saw it a few days ago on Shougai PSO. They work the same way as in PSO. Same for materials (also those will work for HP as well as for PP).
