There was a cat outside my house. [As always.] It looked very sad.

It had nice green eyes.

What do cats like to eat?

I think we need a newer Pepsi gif.

Most like meat.

And some milk to drink.

Actually, I saw one cat myself today.
But I think it had blue eyes.

There are a few feral cats that wander around my neighborhood. I am not looking forward to the time where someone comes to visit and there's a cat sitting there in my front yard.

Because they'll take person as a hostage and force you to pay ransom?

Catty cats will eat just about anything...especially garbaged left-overs... >.> They know enough to stay away from Friskies/Meow-Mix etc~

Cat food and canned tuna work best.

You need to give us more information before we can make a delicious diagnosis:

1. Is the cat shambling? (If Y -> brains)
2. Is it foaming at the mouth? (If Y -> your leg)
3. How many tails does it have? (if x > 1 tails -> go back to #1)
4. How far can its lazer eyes shoot? (If x > 6 metric ft -> Head to the bomb shelter)
5. What kind of accent does it have? (If Australian -> W0lb0t)

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Water, catfood (dry or wet), shelter of some sort, and in cold weather a heating pad helps. We have been taking care of several for the past couple years.

Just find people who've had their cats die recently and ask them if they want them. That's how we got the two we have.

There is just like 5 cats roaming around and they really like to hang around my house.

One of them have a really cool tail.
One died already. Someone hit it with a car. They left it there for hours. :disapprove:

Cats go crazy for canned food. I try to make sure the first ingredient is some sort of meat, though.

Cats don't really like milk, in my experience. I think they drink it just to humour us.

They are like: "C'mon dude, give us some freaking cheese."

Apparently milk from cows is supposed to be bad from them. I'll try and find a source link.

Yeah, milk not so much. While you probably could, I can't say I'd recommend it for one just wandering around.
Tuna yeah, works alright, particularly the water you drain out when you squeeze the can... I can only assume you're getting tuna canned in water and not oil, ugh.
If you do give meat, you definitely don't want to chuck out some huge leftover. Offer up a few smaller pieces without skin. Chicken (not take out) would probably be best for that. Or if you happen to have any spare mice corpses lying around for some unusual reason, I'm sure they could go for a few of those to snack on.

Cats eat your stares in the stare down battle.

They could be on top of the neighbor's Mustang, in the long grass, guarding windows for pedestrian passerby, doesn't matter. Stare down.

They can smell your stare!

They don't even need to smell it. They can sense it from the next room over, even if there's a wall between you and the cat.

Ever have a sudden shudder? There's a cat staring you down. And it won

Given the almost-as-good-as-a-psychic sensory powers of felines, I've long suspected that Santa Claus must actually be a large house cat in an even larger man costume. North Pole Cat (not Polecat, thank heavens) is watching you be naughty or nice.
