IIRC it's been different things in Japan but every one we've gotten (including this one) has been drop rates.

I heard this too, actually tested this rumor and decided shenanigans. 3 hours of Electric Brain on 3 servers.1 hour on Uni 1; 1 hour on Uni 2; Last hour on Uni 3. (BTW, found nothing in Uni 2&3 but in Uni 1 I picked up a [B]Castest Line)
