Yeah but you need a TV tuner sort of thing. (Or you could take a pic of the screen, but that's really bad quality)

The simplest way is to get a capture card. I have the GameBridge 1400 and it works pretty great. I paid about 20 dollars for it and you get decent quality pictures and depending on the quality you record your videos can look very nice.

Just do what I do and emulate your 360 games on the computer. There, you have the option to use PrintScreen.
