ok so i was running gbr and the lvfl 115 fe ne ft 20 joins. well i check and she has like lvl 30 buffs and stuff. so the entire time she will not and in fact refuses to cast any support techs not even to save her own butt. shes using trimate star atamizers and buff mats like candy and doing almost no damage. then this convo happens
