Where do i find Arti Diga?

Hey i was wondering where do i find Arti Diga, anyone know where?

its for the 13* saber offline, and it wasnt put in the game

so whats the use of the recipe board then?

It's a bug- 'Arti Diga' should be 'Par Ork' instead. For some reason, Arti Diga shows up when you try and synth it, making the board useless (as Arti Diga does not exist). Unfortunately, there's no legitimate way to get a Tiga De Ragan offline.
