WOW! At lvl 97 my hp regeneration is really beginig to pick up the pace! Its really useful yet but it sure is neat class ability. My question is this... when you reach really high levels eg. 150-200 does tp/hp regeneration actually gets fast enough to be of some real use in combat?

You only regenerate while standing still and not attacking. I like TP regen better...at 137, my Hunny is regenerating like 3tp a second. If she regenerates 35+ tp, she can cast a resta which instantly gives her over 400hp http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Humans get to use 100 more materials...

HP/TP regenration isn't much of a factor (other than Challenge mode)

Oh shoot, I forgot about that one! I wish the game would tell me how many mats. I've used. I lost count after the first...3? I guess getting 100 more mats is a better thing, it's at least a more broad advantage.

if newmans could regenerate tp while moving and andriods hp while moving then that would be cool but since you have to stand still its just better to use your tp down until you need to use fluid and same thing with hp

Right now I wish I picked FOnewearl instead of FOmar... but at least I have a challenge, eh?

You won't see the benefits of TP/HP regen intill VERY high levels. TP regen will stay static for a very long time at 3 tp a sec. HP regen is oviously useful for Bots since they can't resta, but at a cost of 100 mats it depends on how fast it becomes at really high levels. Although the bots can max out all the important stats by 200 regardless.

The 100+ mats will and are more usefull early on, at later levels 180+ the regen merits it's worth(since is raises by level). Although not many people will actually reach that level. It doesn't make a big enough impact(the mat or regen) to give one class a superior advantage over the other.

I actually seem to notice that if the 150 capped classes had the 100+ mat versus the regen, they would be pretty damn strong.

The only gripe with the regen+ per level is that it takes a really long time for it to kick in and be very effective. I think the ability should also work while your in motion, but at a decreased rate(1/6 the rate with tp, and 1/8 for hp).

For those who played the dreamcast version of PSO, didn't you just hate it when you where only a few tp short of Ryuker. Since Newmans get tp back now, it's really good, I never have to worry about conserving tp for Ryuker.

Bad new guys. Even at level 200, my TP regen only seems to regenerate at the same pace as it did at around level 120. I'm sure that ST placed a different cap for each class to that the ability wouldn't become too powerful.

HP regen is nifty, but not really all that practical. it's cool if you're down a few 100hp and you take a time out while you feed your mag, or while you're shopping. but even at 3 HP/sec, if you're down 900 HP you're gonna be standing around doing nothing for a long time. works in a pinch, but don't rely on it.

seeing myself standing around quite often online... (mailing, chatting out of the sudden etc) i think this would come in handy some times ^-^ at least the tp-regen...
