My Room was Reset! Help!

So i just got on and i go into my room and see this.WTF!!!!! I had an empty AOTI room and now this and i check my alts and its the same my all my PMs back to lvl 1 STORAGE GONE!!!!And its weird cuz the servers were down and i was on till they went down so idk if i got hacked or if segac just fucked up anyone else get this and can i get a link to send in a ticket.

My one friend also is experiencing this problem too. He is using pc version.

I just got online. and my friends room is a ver 1 room with plants in their room.. PM set back to lvl 1. I checked my wifes room and she has a Ver1 room with the plants on the areas that you can put room decor. Check out Erotica's room and I am checking all my friends rooms and seeing how many others are messed Up.

I also logged on to see my room reset along with a level one mag. It was quite horrible.

Same thing happened to me :(. I log in go to my room and I have a version 1 room with all these plants in there and my PM was back at the starting lvl with no name. I clicked on it and it said that stuff about do you want to name this or whatever. My friend took some screen shots and he checked his wife's room too and it happened to her room too.

OH HELL.

I knew i shoulda tried to hold all my S-rank weaponry on my characters instead of trusting Sega to keep my stuff intact during a "POWER MAINTENANCE"

WTF is a power maintenance anyway - is that just changing the Surge Protector? How could something this Catastrophic happen to so many good loyal PSU players.

And on the first weekend of GBR.
And the first few days people have renewed their accounts.

My four rooms are perfectly fine. :confused:

But as much as I would be pissed about a rollback (unless they address that screwup as soon as possible) after I would have spent some time playing, since I don't have much time to play on it, I know I'd be even more pissed to lose all what is in my rooms.

I'd rather have my characters reset to lvl 1...
So yeah, if that's inevitable, do a (barrel) rollback.

I wouldn't worry too much about a rollback, it should just roll back to yesterday just before the servers went down.

IF we are lucky... knowing the way the backup process works, it only happens at maintenance, IE: BEFORE WE GOT GBR...

Servers are back maintance, more then likely I'm guessing some things got resetted when they performed they're maintance... but that was a quick reaction to a big problem XD

since it was found before 360 servers were up and running I would say yes. Hopefully they fix the problem on both ends fast.

Second their final saving screws up various accounts on the server

Im on ps2 verison and when I went to my room it was perfectly fine. My pm was still at 100 (although she failed my bil de axe i put in there before the down time >_<) and my room decos were still there. There most likely will be a rollback. I better kiss that 12* S rank tech mag I found goodbye before the rollback DX

It can't be a PC only glitch when everything that has to do with your character is stored on the server. So if it affects the PC, it will also affect the PS2.

i have like 40% GBR rating on all 4 missions + rarz from the missions... and i REALLY don't wanna go through all of that again. especially on a school night

I suggest everyone STOP PLAYING...

If so many are affected and they ROLL BACK then all your time spent GBR and hunting Rares willl be for nothing.

Read a book, Play a console, Spend time with your family because PSU is glitched to hell tonight and Sega has a big mess to fix tomorrow >_<

Bottom line - all your missions and MP and GBR Rares are for naught. Too many are hit by this stupid glitch that a rollback is inevitable.

I only went through one GBR full run but got Illusionary Shaft and the XP in it allowed me to get a neat boost on my way to lvl 100, so yeah, rather not lose that time I spent leveling up? What I found... I really don't care.
