anyone haveing trouble logging in?

I am asking because i got kick off xbox live earilier (got back on) but sinc ethen i have not been able to get on to PSU it says word for word " could not connect to phantasy star universe server. the server may be undergoing maintenance. please check the phantasy star universe offival site for maintenance information" anyone else getting this?
