I was in a party last nigt and We got Doph's soul.... and the guy on the other end (he had only 23 % boost btw) yelled at the party said the item was Crap Dropped on the floor and then left.... BTW I went and picked it up....

Why do people not like the SOULs? I understand that the arms dealer is not in the game yet but the sould will help make the Better weapon...eventually (yes I know we should already have at least Arms dealer 1 at this point)

Will someone attemp to expalain tis to me...

(btw yes I have no green bananas for the monkeys)

Well if i remember right the only use of that soul is to make db saber +.Maybe that explain it lol

Well, I'm guessing its because for every soul that drops, you have to fuse it with a Chevalier Edge. Those things aren't cheap; at 1 casino gold per piece, you're going to have many many frustrated people trying to get one. And until you can obtain an edge, souls are useless.

They're mad because instead of getting a Tiga Ragan, they got some crappy trade material for a weapon they don't want, and that only has use when paired with one of the most ludicrously expensive trade materials in the game.

... can't say I blame them.

um the soul is ALL that dropped from it... the other droped a monomate.

And before anyone says that the Japanese servers have MAG+ to make it easy to get said soul, I've gone through that draw over 70 times. I've only gotten one edge. It seems to see fit to give me plenty of tags though.

I see what you're saying but because the Donoph Soul dropped, the Tiga Ragan did -not- drop. So to them it was a waste of a Delsaber drop.

If the Donoph Soul didn't drop, a Tiga Ragan very well could have, or just a Monomate like you said. But since they either have no reason to use the Donoph Soul or simply did not want to, it actually ends up being -less- useful than a Monomate.

... Sounds like the guy needs to calm down. Some people actually want db+. Its not like the souls are common.

Even if mass opinion says "it sucks," there will always be someone out there who will want it.

They will be. I did two runs of MAG+ C and found 6 Donoph's Souls.

I'm happy that I got one because db + interests me, but if that wasn't the case, I'm sure it'll fetch a nice price.

I have to agree. Tried of parties who won't touch Vulcaline or many other things because they are "crappy" rares. If I am in the party I will pick those up.

Later, when they are needed and I sit on my supply either to make stuff or sell, I will laugh.

Exactly when are you expecting this rush on Vulcalines, pray tell? Personally, I've even started ignoring Merculines.

Well, not so much a 'rush'...

But as Vulcalines are needed for any 9* Armor, and most of the 9* weapons, it's a good investment.
I'm planning on stacking up 9* mats, and mass-synthing up weapons after GBR.

Whatever I don't keep (46%+ weapons/armors), I'll sell. Even with the higher-end character's focusing on S rank gear, many lower players will need/want decent gear.

And 9*, moderately grinded, can exceed S rank stuff at first. For many, S ranks are too "fragile" to grind much.

You guys realise with master classes being released that that vulcaline stash will be worth like 10 meseta, right?

Clunker

Perhaps for the first few days or weeks...

but not permanently. Many have expressed that they still plan on using non-Masterclasses, even when they are available, due to the Masterclasses' higher PP costs, and limited weapon selections.

Also, not everyone has the prereq Expert Classes' properly leveled.

Man I totally cussed out my team when I got some Donoph souls. It was an S2 and I was soloing with my worthless NPCs so me cussing them out is nothing new. I was really hoping for a Tiga Ragan though.

This is exactly why I put FULL RANDOM in the comment field. Pick up what you want, use it sell it, I dont care. Dont like it dont join. Its not like a Donoph's soul is junk its just not useful currently. Sometimes I think people complain in this game for the sake hearing complaints.
