Now I know Rickrolling stopped being funny the second it was invented, but some crap ideas imlpemented on a big enough scale can be genius.

There is a campaign underway to get "Never gonna give you up" to Christmas number 1 in the UK by downloading it from iTunes. So far we have 55,000 member and hopefully the majority will be purchasing the song this week (Monday 15th - Saturday 20th).

For full details see here: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=37655682127

Please help us out. It's only 79p and the results could be glorious. Unfortunately, only UK purchases count. Sorry US.

Yeah I did think of that. Thats why I put that it's only 79p. Probably won't mean a lot though, since it's still 79p more than free. Oh well, trying is all I can do!

I don't think Rickrolling will ever die, it'll just keep being used by young-uns who absolutely think it's the best thing ever since "chargin' mah lazer".

That idea is almost enough to inspire me to allow iTunes being installed on my computer.

You could always get it from play.com instead. No downloads involved. Except the actual mp3 of course.

*hint*
