If only you could do something else with your PA frags

I have every UPA and I still have 764 PA frags left <___>
I'm sure this isn't just me here, plenty of people I know aren't getting awarded PA frags at the end of missions any longer.

It is not hard for that really, just exchange 99 PAfrags into PAsphere first, and then trade 10 PAsphere.

I would love to be able to trade them in for something else as well, I believe we're roughly in the same boat. All of my characters have at least a stack of frags in their bot and 7 1/2 stacks in storage currently. I don't have all of the ult bullet PA moves, but I honestly don't want them, I do have all the other melee and tech PA's.

As Arika stated trading in for PA spheres would be a great idea, especially if they were stackable. They could do some unique items for them, how about giving us the option to get some of those friggin' casino items which cost 1 gold for say a PA sphere or two.

I've calculated that I need roughly 3000 PA fragments. If ONLY I could buy them off of players!

But this is what I get for running missions that aren't S or S2 rank just to level PAs. Still though, would be quite nice if you could sell maxed out PAs and such - then some of us could make money on things like Burning/Frozen/Plasma/Grav/Rising/Dark/Killer/Mayalee Shot 40/50.

I don't think the Arms Dealer goodies are good enough for this problem. I think they should have an item exchange for things that we need and use regularly--like, 25 PA fragments for one catlium, etc. I could totally use that.

Almost 100% sure that was another copypaste mistake on ST's part. This probably means there's an unreleased item out there that actually makes enemies follow the user, but says that you trade them in for more powerful Photon Arts.

If Segac would just give us some new "ultimate" PA's in the first place, we wouldn't have this problem. Whips and slicers still only have 2 PA's to choose from, while a lot of the older melee weapons still only have 3. On top of that, a gunners could use some improved non-elemental bullet PA's, and I could think of a ton of new tech PA's that we could use.

But still, I agree that we need to be able to either trade/sell them to other players who need them, or be able to use them for a different purpose...

I'd say a good idea would be to trade in a full stack of PA Fragments to allow your character's current class to either:

1 - be able to equip S rank versions of a certain A rank weapon that they can use
2 - extend the PA level cap for either skills, bullets, or techs by 10 levels, until they reach 50
3 - be able to equip C rank versions of a previously un-usable weapon for that class. Additional stacks can then be used in the above method #1 to allow for B, A, and finally S rank versions of that weapon.

I think these options would not be completely broken due to the fact that each modification would only affect your CURRENT class, and would also rely on your current classes stats, originally intended for their original weapon selection. However, over time, this would allow for players to use essentially whatever they want, without any class restrictions, but would also force them to WORK towards that goal.

As for Masterclasses, since they are so specialized, this would only mean you'd have to work even harder. Perhaps you could use the frags to allow for the use of C, B, and A-rank equipment (instead of only S ranks).

Just my 2 cents. =P I like the idea of using them towards casino coins, or for grinding purposes as well. :3

it's a tradeoff. let's say you don't have S+10's, but you have plenty of S+4s and a TON of PA frags. you do the math...

I think it would be wonderful if we got some new technics. At least other types got a handful of new PAs with AotI, techers I don't believe even got 1. I'd spend my like 600 PA frags on a new tech.

And how does OP have so many stacks in the common box? It yells me when I try to throw any more in and there's 99 in it. Also I can't seem to gift-wrap them. If I can figure out which ones arms dealer takes, I'll just trade the frags and hoard the disks instead while waiting it.
