PA Frags

I like most of you am crapping PA frags, I have got all the photon arts you can buy (some i didnt even want) and i still have like 750 frags between 4 characters and PM's and my common box. Other than bringing out more photon arts what should sega do? I think they should have a item exchange mission where you can exchange like 25 or 50 frags and get to level up any photon art you want by 1.

P.S. - Before you were able to use them in a mission to have all the enemies go after you and leave everyone else alone but did they take that out? I'm not able to do that anymore

I haven't heard anything about any new PAs but you can look at which ones are needed for the trade mission (http://psupedia.info/The_Arms_Dealer) and maybe pick a few of those up.
