I enter a game the first save executes, then as the second save is in progress i get FSOD, resisting the urge to run around like a headless chicken i try to calmly remove the memory card, i then reset the GC. While loading up again it was the longest minute ever, personally i thought my chars. were gonna's but to my joy i load up and there they are all fine with the only casulty being a scape doll and a few di's and tri's. This has really put me off online play as its really hit home this time why are we paying ST HL, what are they doing with our money, Hmmmmm...... I wonder? Maintaing the servers? I think this is fate, i will reach lv. 200, just 33 levels to go. (Sorry i know theres been a lot of topics similar to this.)

My RAmarl ERICA entered a game the other day and got fsod right after the first save, where it goes dim on ths creen ust befor elightng up and the second save kicks in. Only lost non equipped crap.

Since a few i know got coruppted i moved all the rares i wouldnt use regular, spare mags disc etc etc onto slot b just in case, i think fsod at joining maybe has somethign to do with the existing player server not putting you in synch witht eh others whatever. I feel safer making a game anyway

Yeah i think thats the way to go i wont be joining a team anytime soon.

You sure someone else wasn't joining the team at that time?

I got hit by FSOD a while back and it nearly gave me a heart attack, especially when you have 100+ hours invested on two characteres. I luckily escaped withotu losing anything, that's why I don't want to go on now till the problem is fixed.

I heard that you get FSOD more frequently if you are the fourth player joining the team at the same time as someone else.
