Bah. I hate people that can't play a game properly and I hate it when people ask me how to dupe. I give them all the same response.
1. Place all your items in the bank.
2. Take the items you want to dupe out of the bank.
3. Hit start and select quit game.
4. Press the power button when the game is saving.

As for the Falz on hardmode question. You should own him with that setup and that lvl.
