Glitch with the buffs?

Ok so, I have leveled all my support buffs to 41, but for some reason Retier isn't reaching as far as the other buffs. We tested it and it's a good ways to actually get the person with this buff. So I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if it was just mine? BTW I'm on the 360 servers.

Demand a rollback so you can lvl it to 41 again, and hopefully it wont glitch! >: )

i recall someone else mentioning this which in turn lead to some argument that "retier is worthless so why does it matter?" so no its not just you and is a somewhat known bug on that version.

They fix PA's all the time and seem to have never done a roll back to fix it. So I don't see why you guys keep saying that....

all my buffs are 50.. i dont see nothing wrong.
