I don't know if Unc_Bob eats sushi or ever did, but this is a list of ingredients that would make up his special, supposedly.

Like Planet Hollywood has celebrity named dishes, Japanese restaurants/sushi bars have special rolls made of ingredients the chefs or waitresses like. Kathy roll, Joshua roll, Governor roll (Arnold, Mussels).
