Copypasta from the other topic: Bassically the char in the top (Nae) is arguing with her PM, and the PM cries telling "I'm sorry i'm sorry!!", then a friend of Nae enters the room (Eris) asking Nae that what is all that noise ("Even the people in White Beast must be getting deaf"). Nae explains that her ·"$%"·&!·$!%& PM has turned a [b]Rattlesnake in Hapotite. Eris gets shocked when hearing this ("A... a Rattlesnake. We may have sold it for 20000000, ....and now she turns it into Hapotite....!!"). Finally both yiel at the poor PM ("You fooooool!!! We should have not had problems this month with this moneeey! and you turn it into Hapotite, DARN YOUU!!! I'll tear you to pieces!!" "You'll be in a diet from now on! I'll give you only sabers!")

Truly is amazing work. I've always had my own visions and different fanfic ideas, but could never get myself to bring them to life via art (aside from possible video and screenshots).

I'm very sorry. I'm working on a model for a videogame me and my brother want to create (It's the character my PSU char is based on, my Ka-oS).

But in some spare time i can take non-too-difficult/long requests like create a scene (like the PPG wallpapers) with the chars that i've already "processed":

Ethan (casual), Karen (casual, non-maiden), Laia (casual), Olson Waber, Lumia (both models, heh, this Chibi...), Maya Shidow (removable glasses :P), Alf Tylor, Tonnio Rhima, Liina (normal and Amorosso, like in the wallpapers), Helga Neumann (blue hair), Vivienne, the Casino girl, GH465, G410 (+ 411, 412, 413 and 414 skins), Deja, noseless Deja (I loved his videos and made a replica of his char to extract it. It's my way to say "I lol'd, man" XDDD), my char L-01 Ka-oS, Ka-oS Voloyal model, human Ka-oS bikini model.

And with some cheating skills/3dsmax skills some variations like... Karen (bikini top, default Karen model bottoms, quite sexy but sometimes the edit is noticeable), Ethan (swimsuit top, that is, nothing in torso, even the wristbands were removed; and Braves CUSTOM bottoms. Here the edit is even more noticeable) and my Ka-oS in top-less.

There are also some characters of friends from another PSU community, like Chibi-psu (in my sig) and others. Furthermore i got some weapons, like the Gekitsnata or the Ragan-Ragan.

Nah, the game textures have enough resolution. In addition the extracted models look more like the original models with those textures.

Not very fond of the style of your CG art, though (the one with Maya), but I only have issues with the style ; the overall technique seems pro enough to me.

Our four weapons are: 3dRipper DX, a GG bypass, 3dsmax and Photoshop.

Aaaahh.... hehe, nice screenshots those JP take. I love their group pictures (up to 60~65 people). Many "show-me-your-pants-shot" there XDDDD

The Rattlesnake fic is based on a true story...... a drama about a hunt, about effort, about thousands of solo runs..... all for get a &$%$$ Hapotite xD Since that day I hate my Ranged PM, seriously. But I love the way that Ryudo made a funny story with my "tragedy" **sniff** My characters (Nae and Eris) are perfectly represented, they're so cute~.... ^w^

So are you actually extracting game model information, or re-modeling the characters?

I was actually going to do this with my characters as well, but model them from scratch so I'd have something to keep after the game goes down. However, if there's a base extraction process to somehow obtain model data for 3DS max, I'd be really interested in knowing. Could you possibly pm me any information on the subject?

Odd as this may sound, I would like to get a PM of the process as well. I don't have 3Ds Max myself (it's not my list of things to buy when I have the money to), but something like this would be nice to know. this is more a request resulting from my curiosity getting the better of me. Yes, they are Laia and Ethan Waber. If you know Demitri Maximoff from Darkstalkers Capcom fighting game, you'll know that he has a move where turns the rival into a cute girl. I tried to do that in PSU :D

Well well, besides a couple of requests i have taken, i've closed the character extraction request time due to the Item Design Contest and personal projects. Anyway in my spare time i could make new 3d pics. Suggestions for 3d pics are always read, and if i like the idea, you could be surprised.

Those are the available characters (in simple alphabetical order): Alfort Tylor, Alfort Tylor with a guitar (a free 3d model), Ethan Waber, Ethan Waber summer version, GH410, GH465, Helga Neumann (normal), Karen Erra, Karen Erra underwear version, Laia Martinez, Liina Sukaya, Liina Sukaya Amorosso version, Lou (shoulder pads and hat are removable), Lumia Waber, Lumia Waber Illuminus, Maya Shidow (glasses independent), Olson Waber, Tonnio Rhima, Vivienne (shoulder pad removable... i think), Voloyal girl (cowboy hat removable), and of course all people i have extracted so far (Arika chan, my own char...).

The available scenarios are: Offline my room (enhanced lighting), Hall of Divination (simple lighting, the Alterazgogh is a statue = is not rigged), Dulk Fakis 2 fight (Fakis IS rigged, meteor available), Club Commune (Enhanced lighting, real volumetric focus lights, looks really like a night club...).

Well, actually Ryudo works with "real PSU characters": from right to left --> Aura, Eris (hi^^), Chibi and Ryudo's cast, Ka-Os ;P

Had PSU been only for PC or the high end consoles maybe we could have had what Angry-Ryudo has done in his spare time. Better rendered character models and environments and probably more interaction but since PS2 was thrown in that could not be possible and we got what we got.

Nonetheless this is some awesome work you do...almost makes me angry at Sonic Team for not being able to do this much being a professional 3D team. Keep up the excellent work!
