i was on pso one night on dc and some dude said that there are puting the old psos on pc and gamecub is the true or not

No.

You can however get the old school pso for your GBA.

Also I've read somewhere that Phantasy Star 4 is coming out for PS2.

Huh? You can get some of the old Phantasy Stars on GBA, but I don't think you will ever see PSO on GBA, the Online part of PSO is kinda important.

PS is coming to PS2 and PSO on GBA would be cool...wire less internet with your GC playing in school...yeah...
