so anyway i looked for a hard hp restore today in shop and holy crap they were 42 mil so i was wondering if anyone knew where to find hard hp restore of tero hp restore so we can hunt them

I'm pretty sure Tero/ and Hard/HP Restore only dropped during the 1up event, so they are no longer obtainable, thus why they are so expensive. Afaik, Me/HP Restore is the best one you can buy from NPC shops right now... =x They may drop in a future event or mission, so keep your eyes pealed.

anything but the lowest hp recharge is located EVENTS ... so if you want to farm pray for an event... last time it was the 1up cup

If the updates keep coming at the pace they have been lately we should soon be able to hunt something that gives an even bigger regeneration than the Hard / HP Restore. I'm looking forward to that one.

We'll either need to get the shred the darkness event or lvl 150+ YG01U BUGGES for higher than me hp restore units.

Look! Just wait for the Shred the Darkness event. Orpa / HP restore LV4 restore WILL drop, but it will be rare like the red / force or LKK. The Hard / HP restore will eventually drop in price or you will be able to have an Orpa Hp land on your laps! Be patient fellow Guardian! Some guy actually bought mine for 40 mill! lol... give it 3 months, or do what one of my customers did.
