PSO on PS2

does anyone think that there should be a new PSO on PS2? i do. they should make it 2-player split screen and let u play online with the adaptor.

Should they? Sure, why not!

Problem is, it doesn't look like Sonic Team is all that thrilled at the idea. I think it's really probably a matter of time before PSO increases in popularity to the point that a PS2 version is more likely, but I wouldn't expect one any time soon...

Its not good if it does, if the game goes on the ps2, it'll be late 2003 but new consoles'll come out in 2005 so it'll be a lost if they do it. They already resting on us on the x and cube so...Well thats about it.

Why?
1. PS2 Online (so far) everythings blooooows

2. GameCube is stronger than PS2 and GameCube still does a piss poor job of online ep2 with four people in seabed and offline multiplayer with rendering the screens, now seeing PS2 trying to do that would just be damn ugly.

3. I think PSO should either have stuck to one system...or cross platformed. why? i don't know i just get tired of people whining about blah pso better here because blah blah pso better here because. and adding ps2 would just make the arguemnt larger.

Yuji Naka doesn't like the ps2 hardware, so i don't think it will go to ps2.

It would be nice because I really don't want to buy a Gamecube for one game. I've read rumors in PS2 mags of it coming out, but that's the point: they're rumors and most of them don't pan out (they had one where Perfect Dark was coming out on PS2...then Micro$oft bought Rare...oops...dead rumor), so I'm not holding my breath.

That rumor I think was in PSM, but don't take my word for it 'cos my memory isn't all that good. I'd have to check with my friend that does have the mag.

Yea they wouldn't put it on the ps2. It most likly wouldn't do a good job and not to mention ps2's aren't very dependable seeing is though im on my 3rd one... allthough atleast it would have keyboard support and that would be nice...
