If anyone wanna know how to get Super hard in Story Mode....

Beat all Hard quests, including Eternal Tower.
Seems it´s character locked, so if you want Super Hard for someone else..well..you have to torture yourself again.

And that sucks ass my friend, alot of it. >.>

In Hard it doesn't worry me all that much, because it's still a decent place to level. In Normal, however, the exp is simply stupid for a quest unlocked only after the main story. DX
