Staff element help

How do u add elements to staff's becuase when i look at the synthesize board u have to make them out of El-Photon's.

The element of your staff is added by your PA TECHNIC you add to it.
For example, giving your Staff/Rod four of the Foie TECHNICs will make it red. But if you give it only three Foie and one Barte TECHNIC it will stay green.
For Wands and Tech-Mags the same thing goes.

Tech weapons are always made neutral. You make them elemental by linking the same element on all slots.
Oh, you get a certain % of elem. boost if the weapon turns elemental.
