A coil that's inverted?

I dunno, I just found a board that lets me make a Flourscent Bulb, and I need an inverted coil for it.

type inverter in the shop search and they will come up or go kill a few robots on neudiaz

I've been trying that. I don't have the expansion pack though, so it's not letting me into a lot of the rooms. I figure with the board here I can find someone who's got it and meet them in a lobby or somethin.

go do train mission on parum west. No expansion needed and they drop on c runs.
