Yes, it does belong in off topic, but give the guy a break, this is the most popular section. There are really people that dumb out there. I cannot believe that the lady is trying to get the person to pay for her stupidness

I do find it a little funny that my corn dog post was censored and I got a warning from mods about it, but this has stayed in PSU general all week.

I dealt with some stupid lady when I used to work for Micron 9 years ago. She tells me her printer is jammed when trying to print on her shirt.
