I just started my new FOmar today and i wanna know if theres any advice or guides you can give me.

Have lots of mesta to buy fluids, you will use them like crazy. Foie and run is the best strategy you will have for a long time. Also don't EVER try up close attacks for a while, Forces just can't handle it.

make a pow mag and mind mag. be sure to give him lots of money (if you have a high charactor just transfer some over to the fomar)
