leveling bullets fo master class guns

I am a 132 cast and in recently changed him to a fortegunner then mastergunner all my specials are below 21 i need a place i can level up those specials fast but not much problem with the mission and might be able to get 1 or 2 items every once in a while thats worth something my friend said plains overlord is good is it really and should i have npc in the game or not

I'm not sure what you've been taught, but periods are not just for girls. If English is not your first language I'm sure whatever it is your native tongue has some form of punctuation...

Also, there's a thread exactly like this one like, like two topics down. Made today. I'm sure someone will yell at you for not using the search function but it wouldn't help you much if you can't read. C'mon, man, reading doesn't hurt.
