where can i find Par Ork offline?

There is a bug to that weapon board. The Par Ork required material magically changes to a non-existant Arti Diga material I think.

But even with the Par Ork you can't synth a Tiga De Ragan due to the lack of Arti Diga offline and the bugged board.
