Well seeing as Illuminus Tag is just as much a special drop as his other drops, I say itmay go for quite a lot. But we'll see what happens when it comes. I too am making preperations to hunt it.

what's there to say that it doesn't drop yet? there's already the guardians tag, donoph's soul, nel soul, white glove, etc. rather doubt that they'd just give the US servers only those instead of the whole part of those two drop updates.
