Any Tips On How To Get Grinder S+10?

i dont know if offline affects it by any way but i cant seem to get a grinder above 5. any better way to raises my luck to get S grinders above 5?

not sure if i understand if your playing offline s+5 is the best grinder you can get, online its just a random luck of the draw on which s+? you get.
