FOmar and FOmarl

What strengths do human forces possess over newman forces (besides being more physically strong)? I like how the FOmarl looks, but I'm not sure if it's worth using her since she has less mind than a newman, and lacks the TP regen.

Do FOmar/l's have wider ranged buffs like in PSO?

I'm just trying to figure out if a little more defence is really worth it. ;;

FOmarls get a boost to Resta and Anti like in PSO. Also FOmarls have the most PP of any of the Forces.
I made a FOmarl and shes great, just so you know later on you can find PP recovery units upto lv5 (lv 5 recovers 5 pp per tick). I've managed to find a lv4 recently and that works great for me personally, so not having race PP regen isnt such a big deal.

Fomarls are nice against the last boss' second phase since it becomes resistant to techs it seems.... But the new style slicer tore it a new one at lvl23 where my hunewearl struggled to beat it at 32
