I was looking at the Carriguine-Rucar+ and those other weapons that are coming out, and I was wondering since you trade in a normal weapon for them
I am pretty sure they go back to 0/10, but will they be the same % or is it going to be random?

Although, is it like PSP, where it's totally random? Can you end up with a 1% Crea Double+? Is it set to usually be 40%+? Because all I've seen haven't been lower than 45%.
I thought melee weapons that can come with an element from The Arms Dealer could be either neutral or come with a random element between 30%-50%. Correct me if I'm wrong.

They can come Neutral or 1%-50%. It's a completely random thing.

I'm gonna die laughing when people think %'s stick with trade-ins and all those 50%'s go to waste. xD
