I think it would be cool if Nintendo would make a memory card for the gba, then you could save the mingames you get from pso, and not have to re-download them anytime you want to play them again. This would also be usefull becuase you could get larger games (ie: full rpgs, etc...). I really hope they do something like this one of these days.

I thought that's how the E-Card Reader would be, but no...

The only way that would have worked with the e-card reader is if it had a way to upload data directly to a card, which would make it a bulkier piece of machinery, it also uses the same slot taht the GC needs to transmit data. It just wouldn't have been ergonomically possible.

Exactly how do you go about earning the GBA mini-games? A friend of mine with the GBA to GC cord has been trying for days with no luck, we'd love any help....^_^

one is the nights game you get by beating the nights quest, and one is in 'the fake in yellow', there's a guide to get that one on the site.

I think the Japanese ships still have that one quest where you would need a keyboard to beat. If you get all of it right, you'll get Chu Chu Rocket.
Another upcoming quest for V-Day (aka D-Day for me) will have one too. Not sure what it is though.
To get the GBA mini-games from your GCN to your GBA you need a link cable for the GBA and GCN, it hooks on to the top of the GBA and plugs into a controller slot in the GCN (it's the same cable you'd use for games like Animal Crossing or Metroid Prime to download mini-games or send information between the GBA and GCN). To get the Nights mini-game onto your GBA you have to complete the Nights mission, then go to the shops quest with your GBA hooked up to your GCN. From there you will see a little GBA station in the corner where you can download the mini-game into your GBA-but it will be erased once you turn off your GBA. That's why people want some kind of memory card on their GBA to save mini-games. I think this would be a good idea as well, like an empty GBA cartidge that could be used to save things onto. Although it seems like Nintendo and Sega aren't interested in investing in any kind of accessories to go with PSO (keyboard...) so I doubt anything like this will ever surface. *grumble grumble*

Well, Nintendo just released info on the new GBA design, so I dont know much about it, but for the older model, couldnt they just make another slot on the back of the GBA behind the game input slot. You could use the same style memory cards as GC, but it would just read GBA sized files. It could be designed like the DC controller, which had two slots of VMU's. I dont see why that wouldnt work.
