It's a 14 star RCSM, so shouldn't it like have the highest attack or something? It's got the worst attack and no element. What am I missing here?

It fires a little faster than any of its counterparts and assists your PP regen. That's about it. It'll be a more noteworthy advantage if they ever come with elements in the future, but as they are now...junk.

I like the faster firing to stagger enemies more often. Other than that, yeah its pretty dumb.
