If I re-activate my account today, the middle of the month, do I get billed at the end of the month? or after a 30-day period?

Would probably be a 30 days from today but maybe a 1 day difference.

I think you just get billed every 30 days, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if you get billed at the end of the month, seeing as every time the billing servers inexplicably dies everyone's account is suspended at the same time.

JP bills at the end of the month, US bills 28 (30?) days from when you started the subscription.
