like i said in your gamefaqs topic. lv60 mag is the requirement.

ah I see, thank you for replying. however, I'm unable to use the heart even though my mag is lvl 70. when I select the heart from my inventory, the first option is greyed out. So, I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do at this point.

Try feeding it to your mag.
