Talon, that's a hydra, for starters.

Secondly, it vs. TOH, I'd give it 50/50 odds. (Its basically a god... for an entire dimension)

Actually it's hydra.

Therefore you'll need a lot of:

*Promethium (Warhammer 40k napalm only more powerful)
*Swords, spears, knives etc, - whatever can chop off the heads.
*Lots of antidotes against venom.
*Bandages

Weeaboolits
Jan 23, 2009, 09:04 PM
Depends on who you ask, you either just have to not cut its heads off in favor of an alternative method of destruction (or simply cauterize after cutting to prevent them from regenerating), or you can kill all but the ninth head (the ninth being immortal; according to at least one version it can even be removed entirely, and a severed head isn't much more useful than a dead hydra, especially if cauterization can act as a preventative measure for its regenerative abilities).

Either way it can be hurt, but not necessarily killed depending on which version you like, but certainly incapacitated.

Also, looking back at your previously ignored spoiler-box, if you're resorting to pulling half-assed, invincible, mythological beast rip-off monsters from TCGs to win forum roleplay fights, you should stop and consider that you're being a maggot.

Also, hydra regrows two heads for every one severed, not three.

Lance813

Best you can do is put it to sleep. Or move it somewhere else. Its absolutely, completely, immortal.

Weeaboolits

TalHex
Jan 23, 2009, 11:48 PM
yes random, I am quite aware that it is in fact a hydra, and there is always a way to destroy it, the fact that it hasn't been destroyed yet simply means that the weak point has yet to be found, not that there isn't one, even gods themselves can be destroyed

Randomness
Jan 24, 2009, 01:39 AM
