AotI What was the maintenance for? [Archive]

I've looked all over, and I can't find anything. I don't really think it was "emergency maintenance", because if it was, they could have just shut down the servers ASAP.

So is anything different?

Apparently, I did, because I just checked the Carnival glitch I found, and it's fixed. So the maintenance was my fault ;(

EDIT: It still works, you just have to do it a bit different.

That may have been one of the security issues that was mentioned, probably a few other minor things...hopefully this is good news for us and that it's just around the corner.

iv personally had to equip all my characters with a Rollback / Resist before i switched it off. never can be too carefull

Look at the main site at roughly 2AM Eastern Time. They said they should be posting the info about what's going on.
