Yes. (According to the JP version, at least.) The main mission, Charged Puzzle (http://psupedia.info/Charged Puzzle) will have a 2x EXP multiplier applied to it. Likewise, the item drop rate will be 2.5x the normal rate. The bonus missions, World of Illusion: Alpha (http://psupedia.info/World of Illusion: Alpha) and World of Illusion: Beta (http://psupedia.info/World of Illusion: Beta), will also have multipliers applied to them. These are not static, however, and according to the JP site change as you progress.
