Hm, impatient aren't we? Well, indeed you're right. If you can trade or buy PM --rolls, you can speed up the feeding quite a bit.

+20 is pretty good. That's 2 days to the last evolution (2.5 days to max out the production stat)

Honestly? +30 is actually not going to get you there much faster. You save one who feeding cycle - 12 hours. What's so urgent that it can't wait 12 hours?

+40 (For *groll items, except Defgroll which is only +33) will get you to level 80 in 24 hours. That's a whole day off your feeding schedule unless you're going for pure armor synthing. To answer your question, though, Grolls are the fastest (and by far the most expensive) option. Hint: You trade 5x Omega Acid for a groll item...
