Returner Advice???

Hey I've been out of the game for a long time, a bit over a year, and I need some advice. Where the best places for lvling classes (I'm trying to get fighmaster), lvling in general I'm 120 atm, and what places are good for earning money?

For charcter leveling i'd say whitebeast, if you have some friends i'd say Egg Thieves s2 for mission points, if not many friends, then White Beast once again:)
