A friend wanted me to post and wanted to know when the HOLY RAY will be Available online to U.S. Servers.

I'm pretty sure there is a Holy Ray, A rank version in Winter Carnival. You get it by completeing the Quix mission perfectly or something.

It's all ready out, its a Dark Satellite special Area drop.

in the Item Data base the 10 star says "This item cannot be obtained in online mode through legitimate means at the present time." , but The Holy Ray/D 9 Star says "answering all quiz questions correctly in the Dengeki quiz mission."

( i'm just doing this for a friend )
