I just finished my first bonus mission. I was the Last one standing and I didn't have the option to Continue. We were only at level 5. I cleared alone and that was it.
That's BS. I thought it would remove the fallen and you could continue but no the party is still there and apparently they can end mission so you don't proceed to better lvls.

There are only 5 levels out now. More are going to be released as the event continues.

Otherwise yeah, if I understand correctly the additional levels need to be "unlocked" as people earn points by playing the various missions. Players earn points which add to a global point total, and more stuff is rewarded/unlocked as certain milestones are reached.

people are saying at the official forums all 11 stages are available. And apparently there´s nothing for us to unlock, there´s not even a website o.o

That would explain the nice Casino compensation we got. At least SoA was nice enough to give it to us, since we would normally get it from this event. This, of course, is the assumption that we didn't get the typical "Earn points to earn more stuff" event this time around.

There's more than 5 levels, I personally got to stage 8 today. I had someone in my party who got to 9. And the party leader is the one who decides if the mission continues or not, even if he's dead. Only the people left alive can get the end boxes as well.

i dont think all 11 levels are available but i know that mission 1-10 is because me and a friend got to 10 but then it ended :P

Stage 11 is the only one you cant do yet.

This is sadly true. Means if you're lucky enough to be in a party with one of the annoying little children who populate the game, as soon as they die everyone else is screwed too.

I actually played in one where the leader kept going on about "You guys better protect me or I won't let you continue!"
